For cutting systems, we offer the following warranty:
One (1) year warranty for the components of the cutting system, in addition to the previously mentioned warranties for the blade holders. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage or damage caused by improper use of the equipment by the customer. Improper use of the equipment may include, but is not limited to: using the blade holders with air pressure higher than the maximum specified in the technical data sheet, website, and/or brochure, using the blade holders at an operating speed higher than the maximum specified in the technical data sheet, website, and/or brochure, impacts, drops, and/or replacement of non-original DIENES parts, as well as any modification to the products that does not come directly from DIENES. The warranty also does not cover situations where the system is used in an application that was not specified for DIENES or where the customer makes an incorrect adjustment to the system or control equipment. All warranties are effective from the date of installation of the cutting system. The warranty will be void if the customer declines to purchase the installation and startup service.
During the warranty period:
Free 24-hour telephone assistance, at no additional cost for the duration.
Assistance from DIENES Corporation technicians in case of any issue with the system. This is free of charge if it is due to a failure of one of the components under warranty, solely due to a manufacturing defect. This does not cover mechanical damage or misuse by the operator.
After the warranty period:
Free telephone assistance during office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Eastern Time USA (ET).
Telephone assistance outside of established hours can be purchased at a rate of $50.00 USD/30 min.
Assistance from DIENES Corporation technicians in case of any issue with the system. This can be purchased according to DIENES Corporation’s service rate list, included within this quotation.
